This large and impressive four-door bookcase is early 19th century and was made of very good "plum-pudding" mahogany.

It has a metal action, where the top turns on the base, giving a smooth action, and the whole stands on castors.
Napoleon III Etagere
This exquisite Etagere in the Louis XV style was made in about 1860. It is beautifully quarter veneered and crossbanded in purpleheart and mounted with the best quality gilt bronze.
